Elle Gaensslen currently holds a position as a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Premier Realty specializing in luxury homes, high rise condominiums, investment quality estate properties and commercial sales and leasing in Las Vegas. Throughout her career, Elle has honed her abilities to interpret market trends and execute effective marketing strategies in the real estate field as well as her years spent in corporate retail.  Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Elle held a position with both Colliers International and Commercial Executives specializing in retail and office leasing along with residential investment properties. Elle's attention to detail, market knowledge and many years of luxury retail operations and sales have earned her the respect and recognition among her peers in the Las Vegas business community.  Her vast knowledge of the Las Vegas Valley comes from community involvement including serving on the boards of Friends of Shadetree and Salvation Army.

Sandra Munley is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, specializing in both buyer and seller representation in the Las Vegas market.  She has a reputation for providing professional service and conducting her business with integrity.  Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Sandra served on the board of several non-profit organizations, including Las Vegas Symphony, Nevada Ballet Theatre and Ballet Guilds International.  During that time, she chaired some of their most notable committees.  Sandra has an extensive knowledge of the community, having lived in Las Vegas for more than 30 years.
